CAPT. AMERICA: Hey there, Blinky! Long time no see!
HAWKEYE: Good one, Cap.
IRON MAN: *snicker*
CYCLOPS: *groan* Hi Steve. Did Hulk make it over there?
CAPT. AMERICA: Yeah, thanks a lot for that.
CAPT. AMERICA: Thor took Hulk and they're headed to Asgard to see if they can follow up with Enchantress. Thor thinks Loki might be involved. But that's not all...
CAPT. AMERICA: On a hunch that A.I.M. was involved, Iron Man and Hawkeye infiltrated its base and conducted surveillance on M.O.D.O.K. He made the Monad for Mister Sinister, but then there was some kind of double cross, and yadda yadda yadda, M.O.D.O.K. and Dr. Doom are working together. Oh, and Mole Man is headed to the Hulks' apartment to try and steal the Monad, so heads up.
CYCLOPS: Wow. Um. You guys got all that figured out already? That's...um...that's pretty good work, Steve.
CAPT. AMERICA: What do you mean? What the hell have you guys been doing?
CYCLOPS: We're, um, really busy Steve. I gotta go. Bye!
SHADOWCAT: Wow, they really are Earth's Mightiest Heroes, aren't they?
CYCLOPS: Mind your own business, Kitty. What now, Jean?
JEAN GREY: *sigh* While you were comparing Johnsons with Capt. America, I've been using my psionic powers to probe the Monad. Scott...it has no weaknesses. I don't have any idea how to stop it.
CYCLOPS: Hear that, Kitty? Doesn't sound like "might" makes right in this case, does it? Why, I'd say our predicament is downright...uncanny. You don't know any uncanny superheroes, do you?
WOLVERINE: Jeez...I really need to join a new team.
JEAN GREY: Any suggestions, Reed?
MR. FANTASTIC: I saw Mister Sinister's fingerprints on this back in Chapter 7. But if Doom is involved too, then we have no time to waste. We'll go back to the Baxter Building to run some equations and do some sciencey stuff to try and put this puzzle together.
MR. FANTASTIC: Dr. Strange, you, Namor and Silver Surfer take the Monad to the Sanctum Sanctorum and use some of your Harry Potter hocus pocus to keep it out of any villains' hands.
MR. FANTASTIC: Scott, you send a team over to the Hulks' apartment and try and capture Mole Man. If we get him, maybe he can tell us what Doom and M.O.D.O.K. are up to.
WOLVERINE: Not bad, Stretch. You ever consider adding a fifth? "Fantastic Five" has a nice ring to it.
